This website is operated by Austera Global Pty Ltd, ACN 700 870 275, ABN 41 700 870 275, an Australian proprietary company registered with ASIC on 29 July 2026, trading as Austera Global from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. General information about who we are and how we work. It is not an offer, a quotation, an invitation to treat, or a representation about any product. Nothing on this site creates a contract or a legal obligation on us or on you.

We do not provide engineering, technical, legal, financial, taxation, customs or freight advice, and nothing here should be treated as any of those. We are not licensed to provide financial product advice, credit assistance, customs broking or freight forwarding services, and we do not do so.

Where technical information about a product is provided to you by us, it originates from the manufacturer, is attributed to the manufacturer, and is the manufacturer’s representation, not ours. Product suitability for your application is a matter between you and the manufacturer.

We originate, qualify and coordinate commercial opportunities. We are not a party to any supply contract. We do not manufacture, own, store, transport, install, commission, service or warrant any product. We have no authority to contract, quote, warrant, or vary terms on behalf of any supplier, and any supplier appointment we hold says so expressly.

We are remunerated by suppliers. We do not charge buyers and we accept no payment, commission, gift or benefit from any buyer-side party. We disclose this to every party we deal with.

Visual imagery on this site is illustrative and does not represent Austera Global-owned facilities, equipment or client projects. Austera Global owns no manufacturing, processing, storage or transport assets.

Where this site describes a process, a standard or a capability, it describes how we work, not a claim about transactions completed, clients held or results achieved. We do not publish client names, logos, case studies or statistics, and we do not imply relationships we do not have.

We take care that what appears here is accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them or when they are pointed out. We do not warrant that the site is free of error or continuously available. Third-party sites we link to are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content.
