Unsubscribe
Every commercial message we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. It requires no account, no password and no additional personal information, and it works for at least 30 days after the message was sent.
If a link has expired or will not work, reply to any message from us with the word unsubscribe and we will action it manually. You will not need to explain why.
Our standard
- We action unsubscribes immediately, not within the five working days the law allows.
- Suppression is permanent. An address that has unsubscribed is never emailed again, regardless of any later consent, re-import or new enquiry.
- We never require a login, an account, or extra personal information to unsubscribe.
- We never charge to unsubscribe.
How you came to hear from us
If you have received a message from Austera Global, one of the following applies, and we will tell you which if you ask:

We record, for every contact, how the address was obtained, when, and on what basis we are permitted to write to you. If we cannot evidence that, we do not send.
What we never do
Sourcing and sending
- We do not buy, rent or scrape contact lists.
- We do not use address-harvesting software, or any list built with it.
- We do not bulk-send identical messages.
- We do not email you to ask for consent, because that message would itself be marketing.
- We do not use tracking pixels or link rewriting in ordinary one-to-one correspondence.
- We do not add you to a list because you filled in an enquiry form.
Correcting or deleting your details
Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete what we are not required to keep, normally within 30 days and at no charge. See our privacy policy for the full position.
