What we do
We originate industrial export opportunities and take nothing until it works.
Austera Global is a disclosed export origination agency. We research international industrial requirements, verify Australian suppliers against a documented standard, and connect the two, with the supplier staying the seller throughout. We are paid by the supplier, only once the supplier has been paid.
We act openly as a commission agent, paid by the Australian supplier. We tell every buyer so in writing, in our first substantive message.
Commission falls due only when the customer's funds have cleared to the supplier. Not on a meeting, a quotation, or expressed interest.
We add no markup to any product. Buying through us costs a buyer no more than approaching the manufacturer directly.

These are structural limits, not current ones. They are written into every agreement we sign, so no counterparty can later assume we took on engineering, financing, freight, customs or product risk.

An export channel

Most Australian manufacturers already export. Almost none cover every market. We work the territories you are not represented in, without you hiring an export salesperson, fronting trade-show costs, or appointing an untested agent. You stay the seller and keep every price and term. Our cost is contingent on your result.
Accounts you already hold are excluded in writing at appointment. We can only ever be paid on business you did not already have.
You stay the seller
You quote, you contract, you set every price and term. We never take title, never hold stock and never sit between you and your customer commercially.
Paid only on cleared funds
Our commission falls due when your customer's money has actually reached you. Not on a meeting, not on a quotation, not on expressed interest.
Nothing up front
No retainer, no listing fee, no setup cost, no monthly minimum. We carry the origination cost ourselves.
Non-exclusive, and your accounts stay yours
We work alongside your existing channels. Accounts you already hold are excluded in writing at appointment, so we can only ever be paid on business you did not already have.
Written opportunity registration first
Every opportunity is registered with you in writing, naming the account, before we introduce anyone. You always know exactly what you are agreeing to.
Technical stays with you
Every specification, suitability question and warranty position routes to your named technical contact. We do not answer technical questions and we do not speak for your product.
You pay the supplier's price
We are paid by the Australian supplier, on a disclosed basis. We add no markup, so buying through us costs no more than approaching the supplier directly.
We tell you how we are paid, in writing
In our first substantive message, every time. We take no payment, fee or benefit from you or from anyone on your side of a transaction.

The Australian supplier quotes you, contracts with you and stands behind the product. We make the introduction and keep it moving.

How it works
Registration first, introduction second.
No opacity, no lock-in. Every opportunity is registered with the supplier in writing before anyone is introduced. That order is never reversed. Every step keeps the Australian supplier as the seller and the buyer in a direct relationship.
Qualify the supplier
We assess the Australian supplier against a documented standard (capability, capacity, export readiness and after-sales support in the destination market) before we represent anyone.
Register the opportunity
We identify a specific, evidenced requirement at a named account and register it with the supplier in writing. Registration always comes before disclosure.
Qualify the buyer
Requirement, budget status, procurement route, decision authority and timing. All verified commercially, and screened for sanctions, before anyone's engineering time is spent.
Introduce and coordinate
We make the introduction, hand every technical question to the supplier's named contact, and carry the follow-up, documents and timeline across time zones.
Supplier contracts and delivers
The supplier quotes, contracts, ships and supports directly. We are not a party to the supply.
Commission on cleared funds
When the customer's payment has cleared to the supplier, our commission falls due. Then we protect the account for the repeat orders.

A registered Australian company
Austera Global Pty Ltd, ACN 700 870 275, ABN 41 700 870 275, registered with ASIC on 29 July 2026 and operated from Brisbane, Queensland. Both numbers are on the public registers, so you can confirm who you are dealing with before you reply to us.
Method you can inspect, not a track record you must trust
Newly established, and we will not imply a history we do not have. What we put in front of you instead is the actual method: how suppliers are assessed, how an opportunity is registered in writing before anyone is introduced, and how we are paid. All of it is published.
Disclosed-agent model, supplier-paid
We are paid by the Australian supplier, on a written basis, when the supplier has been paid. We take nothing from the buyer's side of a transaction, disclosed or otherwise.
Documented, version-controlled governance
Our policies, procedures and templates are numbered, versioned and reviewed on a schedule. Ask us for a document by number and we will tell you its version and approval date.
Screened before contact
Counterparties are identity-verified and sanctions-screened before we approach them, and re-screened before any introduction. Screens are dated and recorded.
Nothing published that is not evidenced
Every external fact on this site is traceable to a recorded source. Where we do not know something, we say we do not know it.
We will not show partner logos, client names or testimonials until they are real, and we will not reserve space for them with placeholders. When there is something true to put here, it will appear, and you will be able to check it.
- We use one domain only: austeraglobal.com. We send from no other.
- Our bank details never change by email. If you receive such a request, it is not from us.
- We never request payment from a buyer. We are paid by the Australian supplier.
- We never charge a registration fee, listing fee, tender fee or sample fee.
- Every document we issue carries a number and version. Ask us and we will confirm whether a document is ours.
If anything you receive in our name contradicts the above, it did not come from us. Tell us and we will confirm.
Our policies are numbered, versioned and reviewed on a schedule. These are in draft and under legal review, so they are not published yet, but you can request any of them by document number and we will tell you its version and status.

Austera Global is newly established, so there is no delivery record to point you at, and we are not going to imply one. What exists instead is documented and inspectable: a written method, a supplier assessment standard against which every supplier is checked before we represent them, and published commercial terms.
